Candidate No. 13, Sandra Inez Surravilla Seifert (24, 5�9�, 35-24-35) has been disqualified from Binibining Pilipinas 2009 competition for appearing in FHM, a sexy men�s magazine.
Sandra is a top model and a former co-host of German Moreno in his Saturday late night show "Walang Tulugan", she is a registered nurse having graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College in New York and was adjudged Elite Model Philippines first runner-up in 1998. She competed in the Elite Model Look finals in France.
